Accepted payment options

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments in US Dollars only. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit or debit cards. PayPal account balances and bills accounts without sharing your personal information to the public.

Please note if you pay with PayPal “E-Check” it takes an additional 5 business days to process. PayPal will not allow us to ship your order until they verify your payment has cleared.

Return Policy

Please Note: Unfortunately Sunna Claore Cosmetics cannot offer you a refund or exchange for any lipstick or lip-gloss or cosmetics products due to possible sanitary concerns.

Shipping method

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Priority mail (approximately 3-5 business days), Standard shipping (approximately 3-7 business days) for domestic delivery.
USPS does not have guaranteed shipping times, only an average of 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 5-14 business days for international orders. If you have not received your order within the estimated time, please email us at info@sunnaclaorecosmetics.com. 

Do we ship International?

Yes, currently we ship international to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand and United Kingdom.


International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by Sunna Claore Cosmetics, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded.

International Orders are shipped by USPS - The United States Postal Service. Delivery time varies, depending on your country's customs regulations and procedures. If you don't receive your package within several weeks, check with your local post office and local customs office as they could be holding your package for payment of duties. We appreciate hearing when you receive your package so we have realistic estimates to tell our other customers in your country. 

How is your order processed?

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only; Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Sunday or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment has cleared.

NO! Sunna Claore Cosmetics, LLC products are NOT tested on animals! All ingredients are listed on the seals of our products. Our products are made in the USA.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However please contact customer service immediately via email at Info@sunnaclaorecosmetics.com

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the address correctly. Please ensure the address you are entering is complete and accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for packages shipped with insufficient or undeliverable addresses.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot modify the address. If your package is undeliverable, you will be notified as soon as the package is returned to us.
